SHHIP coordinates two energy bill assistance programs for low-income Shasta and Tehama county residents. The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) provides payment assistance with home energy bills. You may apply once every twelve months. The payment varies depending on income, household size, funding, and current priority plan. Applicants should download and complete the provided applications, or call 1-877-801-7692 or (530)378-6900, and press option 2.
