The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program (DOE WAP) are funded by the California Department of Community Services and Development (CSD).
Services may include, but are not limited to, water heater blankets, low-flow shower heads, door weatherstripping, attic insulation, caulking, duct testing and sealing, window replacement, minor home repair, energy education, information, and energy audit driven measures.
